Agency panel: clients, branding, rebilling and snapshots
Run your clients' accounts under your own brand, set your own plans and prices, and copy a ready setup to any new client.
The agency panel is separate from the account panel and has its own login. An agency sees only its own customers and sets its own plans and prices.
Getting started
- In Branding enter the agency name, upload your logo and pick a theme, and add a support email and WhatsApp support number so your clients see them instead of the platform's.
- In the Domain field enter your domain, add a TXT record with the values shown to your DNS settings, then click Verify.
- In Agency plans create the plans your clients will subscribe to, and add Agency coupons if you like.
- In Agency customers create your clients' accounts, within the Customer limit set for your agency.
Following your clients
- Clients shows Client health, upcoming renewals and who needs attention; open any client to see their details, usage and notes.
- Assign an Account manager from your team to each client. Agency team shows who can reach which account.
- Enter a client's account to help them when needed. The client can turn off agency access to their account.
Rebilling and margins
In Rebilling rates you set your clients' price on top of the platform's cost for each message category and country. Rebilling margins shows your margin: the client's recorded monthly fee minus their usage cost over the last 30 days.
Snapshots
A snapshot is a copy of a finished account's setup. Click Create snapshot from a source account, then Apply snapshot to a new client after you Preview changes.
A snapshot only moves configuration: no contacts, no conversations and no credentials. Each client's channels must be connected on their own account.
