Deals, the sales pipeline and tasks
Move sales opportunities through pipeline stages, log tasks and calls, and never miss a follow-up.
Sales has four tabs: Pipeline, Quotes, Forecast and Commissions. Tasks and Follow-ups live under "Daily work" in the sidebar.
Setting up the pipeline and adding a deal
- In "Manage pipeline", add and order your stages, give each a "Win probability" and "Rot days", and mark one "Won stage" and one "Lost stage". Create a "New pipeline" for each kind of sale if you need to.
- Press "Add deal" and enter the title, value, currency, contact or company, owner and expected close date.
- In "Board view", drag deals between stages, or switch to "List view" to sort and filter.
- When it is decided, choose "Mark won" or "Mark lost" with a loss reason. You can "Reopen deal" later.
Inside a deal
- The deal page shows its timeline, stage history, linked conversation and quotes.
- "Open in inbox" takes you straight to the customer's conversation, and you can also create a deal from any conversation.
- Above the pipeline you see "Pipeline value" and the "Weighted forecast" based on each stage's probability; "Export deals" downloads the list as CSV.
- Save the filters you use often as a saved view.
Tasks and follow-ups
In "Tasks", add a "New activity" (task, call or meeting) or use "Log call" and "Log meeting", link it to a contact or deal, then press "Mark complete" when it is done or postpone it by a day or a week. "Follow-ups" lists who you should get back to today or are late with, each with a clear reason and a ready message draft; you open the conversation and press send yourself.
Follow-up drafts are written by AI, so they need AI to be enabled and enough AI credits. Nothing reaches the customer until you press send.
